Our promise
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization.
How it works
- Email us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Opened bottles cannot be resold and are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defect. If a product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
